Terms of Service

Last updated · 22 June 2026

These Terms govern your use of Web60, a service operated by Web60 (Pty) Ltd ("Web60", "we", "us") from Johannesburg, South Africa. By creating an account or buying credits, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Web60 helps South African businesses generate a website, AI-written copy, logos, and a WhatsApp lead inbox in roughly 60 seconds. Features depend on your credit balance and the plan tier attached to your account.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older and authorised to act on behalf of any business you register. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account.

3. Credits and plans

  • 1 credit = R1. Demo runs cost 5 credits.
  • Credits are non-refundable once consumed. See the Refund Policy for unused credits.
  • Each plan has daily and monthly spend ceilings that we enforce to protect both you and us from runaway costs.
  • Auto-topup is opt-in. We email you a one-click PayFast checkout when your balance falls below your threshold — we never charge a card without your action.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Web60 to:

  • Generate or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Send spam, run phishing campaigns, or impersonate another business.
  • Probe, scan, or attempt to bypass our rate limits or security controls.
  • Resell or relabel the service without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, and may report serious abuse to the relevant authorities.

5. Your content and AI output

You own the business information you give us. You also own the AI-generated websites, copy, and images we produce on your behalf, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. You grant us a limited licence to host, cache, and serve that content while your site is published with us.

6. AI disclaimer

AI output can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing what we generate before publishing it as your business's official content.

7. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost business opportunity.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The courts of Johannesburg have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
